This Shipping Policy explains how we process, package, and deliver your orders, as well as estimated delivery times, costs, and important shipping information.

PROCESSING AND DISPATCH TIMES

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2–5 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

During busy periods, such as holidays or fundraising campaigns, processing times may take slightly longer - but we’ll always do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY TIMES

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • UK Standard Delivery: 3-7 business days
  • UK Express Delivery (if available): 1-2 business days
  • Europe: 7-14 business days
  • Rest of World: 10-21 business days

Please note: These are estimated timeframes. Delivery delays may occur due to postal service issues, customs checks, or other factors beyond our control.

SHIPPING CARRIERS

We currently use Royal Mail and other reputable UK delivery partners to ensure safe and efficient delivery. Please refer above for Shipping Rates and Delivery Times.

CLICK & COLLECT (IF APPLICABLE)

We currently do not offer a 'click and collect' service.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently do not offer international shipping.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if available).

UNDELIVERABLE OR RETURNED PACKAGES

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failure to collect, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

LOST OR DELAYED DELIVERIES

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at shineshop@shinecharity.org.uk. We will liaise with our courier partners to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
