Parallel Windsor

Parallel Windsor is the UK's national celebration of disability, inclusion and wellbeing.

Parallel Windsor is a Festival of Inclusivity with challenge events for all ages, health conditions and abilities. It's held in the grounds of the majestic Windsor Great Park and staged on the iconic Long Walk.

Walk, push, wheel or run, there are no cut-off times, highlighted by the slogan of 'Start Together, Finish Whenever'.

The course can be completed on a Wizzybug or with mobility aids, and the selection of distances ranges from 100m, 1k, 5k to 10k, plus Parallel’s SuperSensory 1km event. The shorter distances start and finish on the historic Long Walk, with two stunning routes in The Great Park for the 5k and 10k, and all finishing against the backdrop of Windsor Castle.

Parallel’s innovative SuperSensory 1km event supports neurodiversity and helps participants exercise their senses through a series of challenges, such as engaging with sound, taste, touch, and smell.

Events aside, the Festival is a great day out for all the family.
